Chef Nick was born and raised in a beautiful small town called Deep River in the Ottawa Valley. He started his culinary adventures at just 14 years old, cooking at a famous local hot spot, Laurentian View Dairy. After his 1st day in the Kitchen, he knew then and there..." this is what I want to do, this is me".
Nick spent the next four years developing his love for food while working in Deep River at Laurentian View Dairy, Long Shots, Sante Fe and Maven Catering. In 2018, Nick took his adventures to Ottawa, to complete the Culinary Management program at Algonquin. After graduating, Nick brought his culinary skills to life at The Black Tomato, Stoneface Dollys, and El Camino.
After years of mastering his craft, Nicky T's Food Truck was born.
