Chef Nick was born and raised in the beautiful small town of Deep River in the Ottawa Valley. He started his culinary life at just 14 years of age, cooking at the famous local hot spot, Laurentian View Dairy. After his 1st day in the Kitchen, he knew then and there…” this is what I want to do, this is me”.

Nick spent the next four years developing his love for food while working in Deep River at the Laurentian View Dairy, Long Shots, Sante Fe and Maven Catering. In 2015, Nick followed his Dad’s advice “if you can cook…you will always have a girlfriend” and completed the Culinary Management program at Algonquin College. After graduating, Nick brought his culinary skills to life at The Black Tomato, Stoneface Dollys, and El Camino.

After years of mastering his craft, Nicky T’s Food Truck was born.
